How To Get:
In this system admin can put options area names for example
with times in hours for the expeditions
then the player can send a expedition (for free) to the area and get a rewards after x hours
the rewards for the expedition is expedition points (you need to put a shop for that or something)
and items , (Item ID , Minimum Reward Count , Maxemum Reward Count)
the amount of the item are random between the min and max
admin can put multiple items per expedition as rewards
the player can finish the expedition immediately if he want by paying an item cost , the admin can put the item cost in the config per expedition
the admin can put a maximum number of expedition per day per account id.
The player need to finish the current Expedition before he can start a new one!
Gepard Protection:
	if GePard Protection is Enabled
	Admin can put a limit on how many expedition allowed per day per Gepard ID
	The player cannot start an expedition if he have another active expedition on his Gepard ID
	The player need to finish the current Expedition before he can start a new one! on His Gepard ID
